Just wanted to let you know that two weeks ago I competed in the fencing Summer Nationals. I competed in two events, Div 1A and Div 1. I won the Div 1A event which is half a step below the top level of Div 1 making me the Div 1A National Champion and took 22nd in Div 1 which will move me into the top 60 on the national points list.
Thanks for all the help and work we did together it really helped me a lot during the day and through all the training I did leading up to it.
Sam, Adult Fencer

My son made it to the state track championships his freshman year, but he ran one of the worst races of his life. Despite being a talented runner, he lacked self-confidence and felt intimidated by his competitors. We connected him with Brian to work on the mental aspects of running and competition.
Since then, my son has won two state championships in cross-country and signed with a Division I college. He continues to use the strategies Brian taught him to overcome mental challenges. He is confident and calm throughout training and when the stakes are high.
We are forever grateful for Brian's work with our son. It truly changed the course of his life.
